This will be your initial step at Caffeinated once you say, “Hell yes, let’s get started!” We will partner you with one of our Caffeinated Coaches For Life, from there your coach will take you through a series of 1:1 fundamental (personal training) sessions to build confidence and competency in the exercises and movements before you move into our small group training sessions.
