No, unlike bodybuilders, who train in a more isolated, specific way, we train using functional movements. These are movements that your body was designed to do. Our programming is the most effective way to build strength, burn fat, and increase cardio capacity.

Every workout is designed to be challenging whilst also being scaled to your own personal ability. You will be challenged every day you come to a session but this will get you exceptional results.

Each session includes an extended warm-up, skills practice, coaching of technique, the main Workout Of the Day, and cool down and stretch.

No, we will start with a free 30 min consultation. From there you will do a series of 1:1 fundamentals sessions with your Coach For Life.

In your first 1:1 personal training/fundamentals session, we will start with the full-body Active Life mobility assessment. We will assess your full body through a joint by joint approach. Based on the findings in your mobility assessment we will create a customized approach to getting you ready to attend our small group training sessions.

In your 1:1 sessions with your PERSONAL COACH, we will establish confidence and competency, going through a rosetta stone of movements that you will see in our small group training sessions.

Once you have built a base level of confidence and competency in the movements you will move into our small group training sessions while checking in with your Coach For Life to ensure you are on the road to success.

We always have a warm-up session before the (Workout of the Day). If you find yourself with a little extra time before or after class, feel free to start warming up on your own, practice skills, or just socialize. All we ask is that you come in ready to do some work!

No. Really. There is a common misconception that this type of training is for elite athletes. The truth is that it is for everyone. You can start the journey where you are today and, if you continue to follow our program, it’s likely that you will get into the best physical and emotional shape of your life.

Our community is composed of competitive athletes, former athletes, working professionals, people that had never stepped foot into a gym and people with physical ailments. Our program is designed in such a way that it will get results for any committed individual.

No. Maximum benefits are derived from intensity and recovery. We offer a complete health and fitness program, and so we recommend that you take time to recover so that you perform your best at every session. This will prevent injury and burnout from overtraining. On the other hand, it is important that your training is consistent. Generally, we recommend our members start with 3-4 days per week based on your schedule and goals.

Caffeinated Fitness is all about variance and adaptation. We “program” our workouts for General Physical Preparedness. That means we don’t have leg days, back-and-bi days, or cardio days. We believe the body is a whole system and that the best form of training is that which strengthens the body as a whole unit. We do this by performing functional movements that the body was designed to do naturally.

When you workout at Caffeinated Fitness you won’t find machines to train on. Instead, you will find free weights, pull up bars, jump boxes, skipping ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and other functional equipment. When you come to class you will workout with people who know your name, motivate you, and help you get through those tough workouts.
