Mark is dedicated to himself and his family and he is always willing to put in the hard work needed to reach his goals! Even with a baby at home and a busy life, Mark finds the time to take care of himself so that he can be his best self! We are SO proud of Mark and all his hard work!

How long have you been at Caffeinated CrossFit?: Six months, but did CrossFit from April 2016 through April 2017 before moving to Mexico for two years
What do you enjoy doing outside of CrossFit? Hanging out with my wife Leland! And, mostly things we aren’t supposed to do now that we are Social Distancing (Going to the Movies, hanging out with friends, playing tennis and soccer, going to great restaurants)

What is your favorite and least favorite movements or WODs?
Favorites: Deadlift Baseline, Annie, Burpees! (I LOVE burpees!), Back squats, Pigeon stretch
Least Favorite: Wall Balls, Rowing, tall people things…
What is your biggest achievement so far? Improving the Deadlift Baseline time by over two minutes!
What are your future goals? Get my first Bar Muscle-Up!
Any advice for anyone just starting their CrossFit journey? Start where you are – “Get Fit” option does not mean you are weak!
Favorite Cheat Meal: Queso Fundido with flour tortillas
CrossFit Secret: I’m not a morning person, although I’m part of the “Breakfast Crew”
On Rest Days: Watch cooking shows and go for walks in the park
What you can’t live without: My wife and fellow Crossfitter, Leland, and coffee.
